How to schedule a message to be sent on a future date or time

Suppose you have a teachers meeting on Monday morning at 8:00 AM and you want the participants to be reminded of the same on Sunday evening at 4:30PM. Being a weekend, you may not be in school to send the reminder and that's where the Sematime scheduling functionality comes in handy.

It lets you compose a message, add the recipients then specify the date and time you would wan the message to be sent. When it's time Sematime will automatically send your message without your involvement even when your computer is off or you are not connected to the Internet.

After composing your message and adding the recipients click the 'Schedule' button to specify the future date and time you want the message to sent. Remember to pick the correct date and time including the AM and PM then click 'OK' button to schedule.

You will finally get a confirmation that your message has been scheduled to be sent on the date and time specified. To view all the scheduled messages, go to the messages viewer section below the composer and select 'Scheduled messages' as shown below.

In case you need to make any changes to a scheduled message, click the 'Edit' button next to the message. To delete a message, select it first and click the 'Delete' button.

A scheduled message will fail to be sent if your account balance is not sufficient so be sure to load up your account accordingly.
