How to download students data into an Excel file

Say you want to print the student records to create a check-in / check-out document that parents will need to fill in at the school's entrance for your next academic clinic. Sematime lets you to export your classlists data into an Excel file with ease.

To get started, select the 'Download Classlist' on the 'More Options' menu as shown by the red arrow in the image below.



You will be prompted to select the classes whose data you want to download. Select a different academic year to choose past year classes.
