How to check parents portal usage statistics for your school

The portal allows parents or guardians to access information and resources related to their child's education, pay school fees, send pocket money, access academic and financial statements from the school, etc by dialling '*483*10#' or using the Sematime mobile app.

You may want to check how parents have been using this service or even help troubleshoot problems for parents struggling to use it. To do so click on 'Portal' on your menu to view a page similar to the one shown below.



The portal is divided into three main sections.
Parents activity report - shown by the purple box. You get to see a summary of how parents have been using the portal for the last seven days.

App download shortcut - shown by the green box. From here you can send parents the download link for the Sematime app via SMS.

The simulator - shown by the orange box. Lets you simulate how the mobile app or USSD service works for any parent in your school. What you see on the simulator is exactly what is shown on the parent's phone. This is a great way to help parents who may be having trouble using the parents app.
